1. Order Processing Time

All orders are reviewed, quality-checked, and securely packaged within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order payment is successfully confirmed.

  • You will receive an automated tracking notification via email as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment network.

  • Please note: Processing time is the time taken to prepare your order and is entirely separate from shipping transit time. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated dynamically and clearly displayed during the checkout process. We partner with reliable international and domestic couriers to offer the following shipping tiers:

3. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We are proud to offer international shipping to most global destinations. However, please be advised of the following legal and financial terms for international shipments:

  • Your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, GST, and customs clearance broker fees once the shipment arrives in your destination country.

  • A La Carte Research Store does not collect, manage, or pay for any additional customs tariffs or taxes applied by your local government. All such fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the customer/recipient.

  • Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause unforeseen transit delays that are beyond our original delivery estimates.

4. How Do I Track My Package?

When your order has officially shipped, our system will automatically email you a unique tracking number along with a direct carrier link.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the logistics provider to update the initial tracking status on their network.

  • If your estimated delivery window has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact our support desk immediately with your order number so we can investigate it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

While we make every effort to deliver worldwide, certain express couriers (such as DHL or FedEx Express) have structural limitations regarding P.O. Boxes and military addresses. If a courier restriction applies to your delivery address, our support team will contact you via email to secure an alternative physical delivery location.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address & Delivery Failure

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, contact name, and phone number entered at checkout are completely accurate and comprehensive. A La Carte Research Store cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to insufficient, wrong, or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.

7. Damaged and Missing Packages

If you receive your order and discover that items are damaged, or if your tracking status states "Delivered" but you have not physically received the parcel:

  1. Contact our customer care team right away.

  2. Please save all original packaging materials and damaged goods, as they are mandatory evidence required to file a formal insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
